Walk Now for Autism Speaks is a family-friendly FUNdraising event so bring the whole family along. There are activities for children of all ages, resources for families, light refreshments and entertainment.

Stand Up For The Arts! Meeting for Action - Monday, September 27

Are you in danger of losing your job to the BC arts cuts? Is your arts organisation hanging on by its fingernails due to gaming grant funding cuts? Is your exhibition, performance, play, dance or screening about to be or already cancelled?

Come join a public meeting on Monday, September 27 at 7:00 pm, at the Scotiabank Dance Centre. Don’t get upset - get active!

All are invited - artists, those who work with artists, or simply those who enjoy the arts.

Vancouver Pro Musica, a non-profit society dedicated to presenting and promoting new works by BC composers, seeks scores for the The Sonic Boom 2011 Festival of New Music


Student Composers’ Master Class.

Selected student composers will have a chance to participate in a Master Class as a part of the 2011 Sonic Boom Festival. Deadline is 1 February 2011.
